Yin | Restorative + Sound

A grounding experience of moving with your intentions and winding down on Sunday evening, one of the most peaceful and powerful days of the week. Classes will vary per group requests, but we include: intentions, breath, warmup, meditation, sound bath. This class can be expected to follow a “slow flow” or “yin | restorative” pace, based on how the group is feeling that evening. Join in!
